Tom joined the RhumbLine team in July 2000 as Director of Investment Operations. He is responsible for all investment operational functions including trade communications, trade processing, settlements, portfolio reconciliation and corporate action management.

Tom maintains daily contact with brokers and custodians insuring timely and accurate trade settlement. Prior to joining RhumbLine, Tom spent 17 years at State Street Bank where he began his financial career in 1983. He held several supervisory positions within the Institutional Services Group reporting to Wayne Owen. Later, he held the position of Assistant Vice President within the Global Cash Operations area. He was instrumental in that area’s development from its inception in 1994.

Tom received his B. S. degree Cum Laude in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell, MA.

Tom recently was awarded (January 2008) limited partner shares of RhumbLine Advisers and joins four other employees as Limited Partners.
